Blind Valleys - Geomorphology (bottom, slope with rim)
Blind Valleys of the Slavina Corrosional Plain (in western Slovenia, south of the Postojna Basin) are surface contact karst features developed on the contact between Postojna flysch and Slavina karst area (Loza). They consist of the westernmost Biščevci Blind Valleys, the central Sajevško polje Blind Valley and the easternmost Ivačevci Blind Valley. They consist of a "bottom" part, fully or partially covered by allogenic (flysch-derived) sediments or a karstified bottom in the case of Ivačevci Blind Valley (hydrologically non-active, relict), and a "slope with rim".
